Building A Life Around Managing ADHD
‘If left undiagnosed and untreated (or improperly diagnosed and treated), ADHD can impact quality of life and pose significant health problems. ADHD, however, remains among the most treatable disorders in psychiatry’

—Meet Patrick!
I believe that ADHD negatively impacts the lives of those who suffer from it and those close to them. Yet, it is of one ‘the most treatable disorders in psychiatry.’ When people take their ADHD seriously, when they build a life around treating their ADHD, they are able to assuage the negatives, and heroically excel with their unique strengths and super powers of ADHD.
I’m trained by The ADHD Coaches Academy [ADDCA], one of only two accredited ADHD coaching organizations. I read extensively on ADHD [see Resources for more] and keeps up to date on the latest scientific research.
I adapt to the needs of my clients. Coaching is most productive when clients take an active role in managing their ADHD. I’m willing to give feedback and offer suggestions even when life isn’t sunshine and rainbows. My coaching style is a collaborative partnership to pacify the negatives of ADHD and enhance the positives. You can lead a beautiful successful life, unburdened by ADHD.
It’s acceptable to have any and all feelings, all are valid. You have nothing to be ashamed of! Everyone struggles, experiences bad days, and thinks that ADHD is more a negative than a positive. I’m here to establish the trust you need to fail safely. I’m also effusive with praise and think you're awesome!
I’m the man for the job. I, too, have struggles with ADHD, anxiety, self doubt, and self deprecation.
I would love to talk about how my expertise can guide you on the path to better management!
