Patrick offers ADHD coaching and personalized teaching sessions for people that would like to learn more about ADHD.

  • Individual coaching to address the challenges of living with ADHD. Patrick works with clients to overcome negative self talk, unleash their strengths, and build a life around managing their ADHD.

    • Teens and young adults (ages 13–29)

    • People with ADHD who have struggled with addiction

    • Anyone with ADHD

  • Using Patrick’s extensive knowledge of ADHD and wealth of resources, get a crash course in ADHD. Sessions are customized to focus on the topics most relevant to the client.

  • Patrick is unabashedly and enthusiastically supportive of medication. He takes a special interest in advocating for medication. ‘Stimulants are dangerous’ is the flat earth of the ADHD world and a belief that is held my almost no credible expert on ADHD or medication.

    Patrick will empower you to dispel myths about medication and advocate for yourself, so you are working with well informed prescribers that meet your needs.

    Patrick believes so strongly in the power of medication that he has the chemical structure of Dextroamphetamine [Vyvanse] tattooed.

ADHD Education

$120 for 70 minute session or three sessions for $300

Using Patrick’s extensive knowledge of ADHD and wealth of resources, get a crash course in ADHD. Sessions are customized to focus on the topics most relevant to the client.

These are best for teachers, parents, and partners of an ADHDer, or people with ADHD that want to know more about the disorder

Coaching

Monthly Coaching, four sessions: $190

  • Three - 50 minute sessions 

  • Two - 20 minute check-ins 

Total: +3 hours of live coaching, plus support between sessions

Three Months of Coaching, nine sessions:
$150/month or $420 one time payment

  • Nine - 50 minute sessions of coaching to be used in three months.

  • Three - 20 minute check-ins

Total: +10 hours of live coaching, plus support between sessions.

All sessions must be used within six months of initial purchase.
